PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (defend.ht) - The Government Commissioner in Port-au-Prince said citations and possibly arrests of persons with 'mauvais comportment' would begin. This advisory targets citizens with sagging pants and even those walking "funny" in the streets, among others, who will now be subject to police citations.
