Haitian Airplane Cleaner Works Up to Buy Airline Company

COCKBURN TOWN, Turks & Caicos - A poor Haitian boy who came to Turks & Caicos Islands with nothing, worked as an airplane cleaner. Harold Charles not only bought and now owns the airline, but became a major player in todayâ€™s global economy and a philanthropist.
His inspiring life story is the subject of our upcoming feature documentary, hosted by Fmr. Ambassador to United Nations Andrew Young and directed by Emmy award-winning Will Harper.
This short film was created for 2008 CEE Global Awards, produced by The GlobalTouch Group in Nassau, Bahamas, where Harold Charles was the recipient of the prestigious Glass Ceiling Award.
