Actor Rob Lowe Supports Building 50,000 Homes in Haiti
NEW YORK, USA (defend.ht) - Actor Rob Lowe joined Valspar and Habitat for Humanity in an initiative to build homes for 50,000 families in Haiti.
The initiative would work through an auction of handprints of celebrities and notable personalities to benefit Habitat for Humanity's relief efforts in Haiti.
"I am deeply honored to partner with Valspar Paint and Habitat for Humanity for this important initiative that will help Haitian families rebuild their lives," said Lowe. "Having access to adequate shelter is a basic human right that everyone deserves. Valspar and Habitat are bringing low-income families the help they so desperately need."
